01 General Terms

• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members)
• Luck7 does not charge any fees on deposits — though charges from your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will be considered invalid.

04 Withdrawal Policy

A verified KYC account is required to withdraw from Luck7. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

06 Betting Rules

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded.
